Individual & Team DISC Profiles

Slightly broader in scope than CDP, DISC helps coworkers identify and appreciate each other’s behavioural preferences and tendencies and how those behaviours impact workplace interactions—thus leading to more thoughtful interactions and more constructive responses to each other’s actions.

DISC assessments enables individuals to practice introspection and understand their working and communication styles, strengths and weaknesses, and fundamental values and how these may clash with other people’s preferences. Conversely, it gives insight to others’ communication styles and how to better approach disagreements, challenges, or difficult feedback depending on which DISC type(s) they are interacting with. This framework empowers the individual and unifies the team.

For leaders, in particular, a DISC assessment can help them become aware of their communication styles and to adapt their management approach to their individual employees’ work styles.
